Marathon Couples Therapy

Is your relationship in crisis and would you like to get quick results in your relationship? Marathon couples therapy may be what you are looking for.

The Center for Relationship Learning is Europe’s only provider of private, intensive Gottman marathon therapy. This type of therapy consolidates your sessions into 2 or 3 consecutive days, allowing you to deeply focus on specific issues and reach quicker results than with traditional weekly sessions.

Marathon therapy is an intensive and focused therapeutic approach intended for couples in high distress or couples who want quick results. What you can expect from a Marathon session is to work on fostering respect, affection, and closeness by building a deeper connection with each other; keeping conflict discussions calm and making them more effective; getting unstuck with gridlocked conflicts; and maintaining the gains in your relationship.
